1.避免口语化、简化词
在写作过程中，一定要避免过度使用口语化，或者简单化的词汇。比如：购买 可以说成purchase而不是buy，因为写作是书面体的文章，过多地使用口语化的词汇不仅与文体不符，还显得考生的词汇量不够。
2.切忌重复使用单一词汇
优秀的英语文章是可以用不同的词汇，表达相近的语义，以此反映语义间微妙的差异，比如英语中仅仅表达好的意思就有许多种不同说法，pretty / excellent/ perfect / marvelous / wonderful / superior / appealing / good等等，所以在考试中要注意前文出现的词汇，后面尽量避免反复使用。
3.切忌句式的重复且简单的套用
虽然参加四级考试的考生已经掌 握了丰富的英语句式，如并列句、省略句、强调句等等，但是在有限的时间内，许多考生仍无法对这些句型运用自如，从历年的考试来看，考生的作文中反复出现的.就是简单句，简单句或陈述句当然可以使用，但如果通篇都是这种句式，文章势必会缺乏文采，读起来也会显得有些乏味。
4.一定要注意写作文体，和语气的合理运用
文体不同，写作用语和语气也会有所不同，如论述类的文体需要更加严谨和规范的用语;书信类文体需要真诚和自然的用语;广告类文体则需要激情和有号召力的用语，只有把握不同文体的用语风格才能选用合适的语汇与句法。同时不同的文体对于写作的格式也有各自的要求，例如：信件与广告的格式就各不相同。还有，中国考生在英文写作时常常会将汉语表达的习惯带入到英语文章中来，出现许多如should、must、need这样的情态动词，而这种语气并不符合欧美人的表达习惯。
5.注意不要将汉语表达直接翻译成英语
写作和翻译不是一回事，写作既是内容的阐释，也是表达方式的崭新运用，所以从内容到形式都应该符合地道英文的用语习惯，是内容和形式的完美统一，其中汉化的痕迹越淡越好，这就需要考生通过阅读和仿写大量优秀文章来逐渐提高其写作水平。

Online shopping has made our daily life more convenient and comfortable. For example , shopping on the internet can save students a great deal of time on the way between home and store, so they would be able to concentrate more time and energy on their academic work. The internet has shorten the distance between manufacturers and consumers and thus we can even buy goods in other countries .On the other hand , lack of the face to face deal makes online shopping less reliable and trustworthy. What' s more the delivery will increase the risk of items' damage.
In my opinion, shopping on the internet is a irreversible trend. More and more people will be accustomed to it. It will be much more popular in the near future. And at the same time we should take some measures to make it perfect.
